3. Add your rental price to your delivery rate.
4. Sales tax. Multiply the total by .07% sales Tax. This will give you your sales tax. Add your sales tax to the total in step 3.

DELIVERY RATE

3. Read "Miles" in the upper portion of map.
4. Subtract 12 miles from "Miles" on upper portion of map.
5. Multiply by 2. This will give you the dollar figure for your delivery rate.
